Marbles MSA Whittler Knife, Nice Stag Handle, USA Made In 2001 With Box and Paper, Unused. Hard to find Marbles MSA folder from the Dave Shirley days. 

I wanted to add some information about the Marbles MSA knives. These knives were issued in very limited quantities. From the information I’ve been able to find I believe each handle material was produced in quantities of 200 or less. The company was owned by Dave Shirley. He was responsible for several different brands. His company made the Marbles MSA brand, Scagel reproductions and Northwoods brand.

“His company, Bowie Corporation, came to be around 1985. Through that enterprise he became known for his Marbles knives, blanked by Queen Cutlery and finished by Bowie. He's especially proud of collaboration with Mike Stewart, who now heads Bark River Knives, to produce the only Marbles knives ever to feature a date stamp.”

- Never carried, used or sharpened. Some rub marks on the blades which can be seen in the pictures. Pepper spot on the main blade. I don't see any other condition issues. See the pictures as they represent the condition accurately. 

- Functions great, excellent snap opening and closing on all the blades. Comfortable pull on all the blades as well. 

- handle approximately 3 1/8 inch, main blade approximately 1 7/8 inch, small blades approximately 1 1/4 inch 

- Includes original box, paper and cloth storage pouch.
