Marble Arms under Mike Stewart, Bark River Knives, set out in 2001 to produce high quality American made traditional pocket knife patterns.  They contracted with Queen to produce all the parts for these knives and they were delivered to Marbles MSA in Gladstone MI for assembly and fit and finish.  After the first few runs of knives Marbles came into severe financial problems and gave up on the MI assembly.  The production of knives done in 2002 and 2003 were done by Queen under the watchful eye of Dave Shirley at Queen's custom shop.  After this all the Marbles pocket knives were made in China.  

From a recent trade with a fellow AAPK member comes this 2001 Congress made under the watchful eye of Dave Shirley.  The handles are white Micarta and are chip and crack free.  The carbon steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Measures 4" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box and black velvet pouch.  Free shipping within the USA.
