Sheffield Steel No 6 import auto
Sheffield Steel No 6 auto knife measures 5 1/4" closed. This knife is one of the many patterns created in Pakistan to mimic knives made in Sheffield by Joseph Rogers. Despite this knife's sordid pedigree it fires hard and functions remarkedly well. Likely a product from the 50's or earlier. The knife is in unused conditon and still has the military type cosmoline coating on the blade as shown. Rosewood? handle with no issues. Brass fittings to include the mimicking shell puller guard.
