This four blade congress knife is in good unused condition.  It has good snap on all four blades and no blade play.  There are some small carbon spots on the blades.  I've tried to show them in the attached photos.  The handles are faux tortise shell.  Bolsters and shiled are nickel silver.  From what I've been able to research, Jim Parker had these knives built in Germany somewhere around 1990.  They are NOT the same knives as the Northfield knives currently produced by Great Eastern Cutlery.  Still, it would make an interesting addition to most any collection or a fine EDC.
