Handmade RPK Extender Auto with Swing-guard
This is an extender switchblade made in the Russian prison system. The knife is 6 1/4" closed and 9 3/4" open. It has engraved bolsters, checkered bakelite resin handles, and a one piece wrap-around swing-guard. The blade is a sharp pointy shiv style blade. The blade and blade retainer are deployed with strong coil springs (all extenders use coil springs). It fires strong and locks up good. There is no makers mark. A fun knife and a cool conversation piece.
