RARE CUSTOM BUCK 503, LIMITED EDITION #427

This was done by Wilde Bill Cody when he worked for Buck. The handle is Impala. Buck had 4 models of the 500 Series with Impala handles. They marketed the handle material as "Siberian Impala", which may be confusing since Impala distribution is limited to Africa. Buck sourced the material from a game farm in Russia, hence the "Siberian".
This took a bit of research to discover and the members on APPK Helped me get to the bottom of this custom design and materials, thanks you guys (you know who you are)

These seldom come into the open market, custom Made at the Buck Custom Shop by a master bladesmisth with very limited numbers produced, this is very very rare. Made in the Late 1980's. If you have any questions or want more phots, please send me a message.
