1950's Bargeon Switchblade, Beautiful Bone Handle, Made In France, Hard To Find, Unused. I believe this knife is from the 1950's based on my research. These have an oval button and real bone handle which are both very hard to find on Bargeon Switchblade knives. Condition Note- There are cracks in the top pins on the front scale. These are pictured.

- Looks unused to me. There are a few small nicks and scratches on the bolsters. These appear to be from handling and poor storage. The blade has some minor patina and is off center. There are rub marks on the blade from contacting the liner. There are cracks in the bone at the top pins on the front side of the handle. They appear stable and aged with the bone. Please see the pictures as they represent the condition accurately. 

- Functions great, fires strong and locks up with very little blade play. The safety works. The knife is a button open, button close mechanism. 

- Approximately 8 1/4 inch total length without bail, approximately 3 1/2 inch blade. 

- Knife only.
