One dot indicates 1979 year of manufacture.

Ethan obviously wanted to set up a little shop in the old barn when my in-laws moved to a rural area after he retired, although he never let on to us. Wife and hubby could never agree on a plan and his health soon began to fail. He never realized his dream of sharing his little honeys with other folks who would appreciate the charm and class of the knife industry’s handiwork. We hope to get these to people who will think of him when they look them over.
