This is a Cattaraugus Cutlery sleeveboard whittler, made by A.G.Russell in Seki Japan for the KCC in 1989.  This is a cosmetic second, which is designated with a notch in the rocosso.  The flaw is a very fine pin crack from the front pin nearest the right bolster, it's stable and barely visible, see photos.  Stainless steel blades made of AUS-8.  Nickle silver throughout with bolsters,liners pins and shield all made of nickel silver, no brass on this knife.  Blades have never been sharpened or used.  Mirror polish on the backsprings, my favorite feature on all these knives, adds a touch of class to an already outstanding knife.  Great snap with good centering and no wobble or play.  Free shipping within the USA.
