THIS IS A GEN III ARS single action auto. (Must pull chsrging handle to retract blade, push button to open). Its 8-3/8" opened..and 5-1/8" closed. This is a SOLID knife, for someone whos looking for a USER and not wanting to break the bank on a MADE IN THE USA tactical automatic. The knife has been used a lil bit but thts what they are for! I tried to get pics of any "issue spots".. but so hard to get stuff to show up. They are that hard to see. BUT..in favor of full disclosure, these are the spots.....  

On front where the blade comes out, it comes to a point there, on the tip of those points, you can see the finish has rubbed in thin spots (on tips).. 

There are markings on the blade from rubbing against the internals as its being retracted and fired. OTF Knives ate generally a lil loose in the lock opened position..NOT THESE! The movement is nearly nonexistent! So, i think some superficial marks in the flats of the blade, an even trade for blade slop! 

There are similar markings on the charging handle. None of this affects the way the knife performs. 

Lastly...it could use some love on the edge. The slant on the tanto edge is VERY sharp, the long edge needs a touch up tho. These knives have a lifetime warranty and from what i gather are very good about honoring it.
