Older tool knife kit that is stamped Ulery New York /  USA.  I feel certain this was a product of Napanoch and if you doubt that please do the research and affirm that for yourself. Well used knife with wooden handles about 3 3/4" long. 3 of the tools are marked, file is not. Carrying case I think is original and has issues. Stitching is loose on bottom. This might be repaied with 2 part epoxy. Snaps do no button shut. Look at the by it now price for these on eBay.
