Stainless Cutlery Company Scout knife circa 1927 to 1940. 3 5/8" closed. Stainless Cutlery Co. was a brand name used by Camillus Cutlery Co. to introduce stainless steel. The brand was used from 1924 to 1940. Stainless Scouts were introduced in 1927. This is a rare and hard to find scout knife. Having stainless blades, tools and springs, it still looks great. Nickel silver bolsters, bail and shield which reads "Stainless Scout". Brass liners and flawless brown jigged bone covers.  These knives were made exceptionally well and this example is in excellent shape. Strong snap on everything opening and closing. Nothing loose. Fine scratches on blade and tools. "Stainless Scout" etch faintly visible on blade. Good edge. Very clean inside and out! Ships USPS First Class with tracking provided. Ships to US addresses only.
