This is a beautiful relic from days gone by.  It's a Standard Scout sold by Sears and Roebuck between c.1927 and 1940.  The knife features gorgeous jigged bone scales are chip and crack free and have taken on a rich deep amber tone over the years.  The blades open and close properly with good snap.  The knife has a spiral punch with the word "spiral" stamped on the tang of the punch.  The can opener blade is the old style one piecce opener.  The bolsters are groved and the center liner is milled.  All in all this is a super well made knife from back before WWII.  Understandably it has quite a bit of patina built up over the years.  I'll leave it to the next owner to clean or not to clean.  Once you have this knife in hand you'll more fully understand that this is a quality made piece of cutlery.
