This is the only double-bladed, OTF  "out the front" that I have ever seen.  With both blades open, it's a little over 12" long and almost 1 1/2" thick at the thickest point (with the buttons), it weighs 10 ounces.  Each blade measures 3 3/4" and the knife when closed measures 5". The knife is new, the handles are wood with brass inlays. I do not know the origin or the manufacture of the knife. The springs are strong, and the blades properly lock in place even when holding it in such a way as to try to make it fail it generally would open and lock properly.  

This is a really interesting knife but it's really not very practical, It would make a nice paperweight/letter opener but not something you would carry.  It certainly is a conversation piece!
