I would grade this as is GOOD condition, feels Excellent very snappy, built VERY WELL 

All corrosion is stable 

Knife has been LIGHTLY cleaned

Walk and Talk is 10 of 10 

Master blade is showing "some" wiggle could be missed by some, but I notice it.  Blades 70%

Both pen and nail pick are 99%, tight wonderful! 

Knife feels heavey for its size, steel contruction

Fully Milled

all blades are hand forged with bar stock and not stamped. 

At 2.5 inches this is one of Keen Kutters first, and smallest knives manufactured.

The Nail nick is amazing and every collection should have one of these as an example. 

this moedl did not come with a shackle, that would be the all metal version of this knife.  

These are VERY RARE, search Ebay, search here, very few of these small knives are still around.
