Vincenzo Balistreri Mammoth Ivory White Wolf Slipjoint, has a tailpin Lanyard catch with a worked copper bead that brings out the colors in the Mammoth....4" closed...440c stainless blade and backspring..he fileworked the liners and jimped both spring and spine of blade...Mammoth  Ivory scales,thick slabs..I love this pattern, it's a large modern Barlow with sheepsfoot blade,6 pull...this one DOES not have amazing snap like most of his..it has snap but just not as good as most of his. I bought a packet of 40,000 year old Mammoth from a dealer in Ukraine to keep the cost down..usually adds 150 to 200 if he has to buy it in Italy. And would be comparable to cost of the elephant Ivory from summer of 2021. I'm discounting it further for less snap. Says Maestro on his coas for a reason.
