Equal End Senator Pen Folding Pocket Knife with a Lightly Used and Sharpened Carbon Steel Clip Point Main Blade with a Long Nail Pull, a Used and Sharpened Carbon Steel Pen Secondary Blade with a Common Nail Pull, Medium Brown Jigged Bovine Bone Scales with No Cracks, Splits or Missing Chips, a Nickel Silver Pointed Oval Shield on the Front Scale, Three (3) Nickel Silver Pins in Each Scale, Brightly Polished Nickel Silver Rounded Bolsters with No Dents or Dings, Brightly Polished Brass Liners, a Single Brightly Polished Steel Back Spring with No Cracks or Breaks, 2 15/16” in Length, Made by the Cattaraugus Cutlery Co. Located in Little Valley, New York and Made Between c.1886-1963. 

This is a really nice Cattaraugus Cutlery Co Equal End Senator Pen Folding Pocket Knife. It has a lightly used or sharpened carbon steel clip point main blade with a long nail pull. The front face has some very light teeny scattered micro-pitting. The rear face is pretty much clean. Stamped on the front tang is CATTARAUGUS (in an arch) (over) CUTLERY Co. (over) LITTLE VALLEY (over) N.Y. The knife also has a used and sharpened carbon steel pen secondary blade with a common nail pull.  The front face has a very few light pits and the rear face is cleaned. Blade looks to be practically unused and unsharpened. There are no stamping on the pen blade.  Both blades still have excellent and hard open and close snap.  It has an excellent plus set of dark brown jigged bovine bone scales. They’re in perfect condition with no cracks, splits or missing chips. There is a nickel silver pointed end oval shield on the front scale. There are three (3) nickel silver pins in each scale. The knife has brightly polished nickel silver rounded bolsters and all are free of any dents or dings. The liners are brightly polished brass. The knife has a single polished steel back spring. It’s free of any cracks or breaks and continues to perform the functions it was designed to perform. This nice and lightly used Cattaraugus Cutlery Co 2-Blade Equal End Senator Pen Pocket Knife is 2 15/16” in length. Additional photos or information on request.
