Vintage 1970s 11" Italian Manual Lockback Stiletto with Bull Horn Scales
You are looking at a Vintage Manual-Open Lockback Stiletto Pocket Knife, Made in Italy! Circa 1970s, could be earlier? FEATURES INCLUDE: Polished Fine-Edge Stainless-Steel Clip-Point Blade with Nail Groove, and a Handle with Dark Bull Horn Scales, Polished Nickel-Silver Bolsters, Brass Pins & Liners and a sturdy Carbon-Steel Lockback Spring to lock & unlock the blade. Measures 10-7/8" overall length with a 4-7/8" blade and weighs 4.8 oz. The blade also features "Stainless Steel" over "Italy" in script lightly stamped into the tang. This Knife may have been lightly-handled, but appears unused and in EXCELLENT, CLEAN CONDITION overall! Blade is shiny & original with factory edge and just a few fine surface scratches & "swoosh" marks at the tang, with a nice snap and solid lock-up (a tiny amount of mov't in both directions) and closes deep into the handle without peaking. The handle also looks very clean with minimal surface marks from storage, the dark Bull Horn Scales remain chip & crack-free; the bolsters are shiny & ding-free and the backspring is straight with only minor surface patina, as are the brass liners. Comes only as shown, no factory packaging or paperwork. Not sure of the manufacturer, possible Mauro Mario or Guttman Cutlery Co.? Makes a great collectible or EDC, feels solid in the hand! Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. No foreign sales/shipping. Thanks again for your interest!!
