This is a Vintage Near Mint to Mint AERIAL CUTLERY CO MARINETTE WISC 2-Blade Equal End Jack Folding Pocket Knife with an Unused and Unsharpened Carbon Steel Spear Point Main Blade with a Long Nail Pull, an Unused and Unsharpened Carbon Steel Pen Secondary Blade with a Long Nail Pull, a Set of Very Dark Brown or Black Jigged Bovine Bone Scales with Worm Groove Like Jigging and in Perfect Condition with No Other Cracks, Splits or Missing Chips, Three (3) Polished Nickel Silver Handle Pins in Each Scale, Brightly Polished Nickel Silver Rounded Bolsters and End Caps, Brightly Polished Brass Liners, Two Brightly Polished Steel Back Springs with No Cracks or Breaks, 3 5/8” in Length, Made by the Aerial Cutlery Co. Located in Marinette, Wisconsin and Made Between c.1912-1944.

This is a Near Mint to Mint Aerial Cutlery Co 2-Blade Equal End Jack Knife. Aerial was most known for their Picture Knives but they made other knives as well. The knife has an unused and unsharpened carbon steel spear point main blade with a long nail pull. It has no more than a tiny speck or two on the rear face. Stamped on the front tang is AERIAL (over) CUTLERY CO (over) MARINETTE WISC. The knife has an unused and unsharpened carbon steel pen secondary blade with a long nail pull. Both faces are as clean as new. Stamped on the front tang is AERIAL (over) CUT. MFG. CO. (over) MARINETTE (over) WIS. Both blades still have hard loud alligator snap on open and close and a very hard half-stop. The knife has a great looking set of very dark brown or black jigged bone scales. The jigging looks like a worm grooved type of jigging. They're in perfect condition with no cracks, splits or missing chips. There are three (3) nickel silver handle pins in each scale. The knife has brightly polished nickel silver rounded bolsters and end caps. The liners are brightly polished brass. The knife has two brightly polished steel back springs and they’re free of any cracks or breaks and they continue to perform the functions they were designed to perform. This Vintage Near Mint to Mint Aerial Cutlery Co. 2-Bkade Equal End Jack is as good as any other example you see. The knife is 3 5/8” in length and was made at the Aerial factory that was located in Marinette, Wisconsin between c.1912-1944.
