This is a Henckels, made by Boker,  stag canoe.  When Boker made knives for Henckels they used premium materials and took the extra steps to insure that these knives were of the highest quality.  It's surprising the length they went to on this stag.  You usually don't see stag with bark right to the bolsters on newer knives, usually only on older knives that were made over 40 years ago.  So many newer knives leave the stag thick and then haft away the excess exposing the white under material on the front.  This knife has the excess stag worked off the back of the handles in the old school way.  The stag is chip and crack free.  The stainless steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edge.  Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
