This beautiful knife is just a few bolster and end cap scratches away from being mint. This Robt Klaas Limited Edition “Powderhorn” Texas Toothpick comes with the less common jigged red bone scales. The knife has a 4 1/8” long single unused and unsharpened stainless steel clip point blade with a common nail pull. Reverse printed in black on the front face is Powderhorn with a few flourishes and a hanging Powderhorn. It still has its original factory mirror polish and its original factory edge. Stamped on the front tang is ROSTFREI (German for stainless)(over) the Kissing Crane logo. Stamped on the rear tang is ROBt KLAAS (over) SOLINGEN (over) GERMANY and KC13 stamped vertically to its left. The blade has an excellent open, close and half-stop snap. Most of these I see have the stag scales but this one has the less commonly seen jigged red bone scales. They’re in perfect condition with no cracks, breaks or missing chips. There are three brass handle pins in each scale. The knife has brightly polished nickel silver rounded bolsters and brightly polished nickel silver clasp style end caps. There are some light scratches on them and the only reason I don’t call the knife mint. The knife has a single brightly polished steel back spring. It’s free of any cracks or breaks and continues to perform the functions it was designed to perform. This knife is etched with the number 320 on the front bolster meaning it’s the 320th knife in the limited edition. This beautiful red bone Texas Toothpick is 5” in length.
