A Vintage Rare 1980's  Valor Papillon Balisong Parker Cut. Co. Butterfly Knife. Etched  "Papillon"  on the blade and stamped with a Japanese mark and on the tang is etched Parker Cut. Co. with their trademark and on the other side of the tang is Surgical Steel Made in Japan. The blade is tight when the handle is held tight. There is a noted scratch on the blade near the tip and the blade is semi sharp. The handle is of ornate nickel bolster and pummel with nice dark wood grain finish on both sides that is intact no chips crack or scratches noted. There is a lever to close the knife when open or closed. The size can be seen in the photos please check the photos and send any questions.
