I've never received a knife as sharp as these from the maker, when I got the first I was very pleased but didn;t imagine they'd all be so sharp from Dean. Boy was I wrong ..every one shaving sharp right out of his box, I know some of it is the type steel and how slim it is to begin with but still getting this kind of edge, both razor fine and hammer duarable is a skill set all its own. Get em while they last, his book is closed for 2021.
