Miniature Switchblade Pen Keychain, Cactus Bolsters, Marked Hong Kong, Original Packaging, Unused. The paper in the package is written in English on one side and French on the other. 

- The pen looks new. There is a scuff on the front bolster which can seen in the pictures. Please see the pictures as they represent the condition accurately. 

- Does not function properly. It locks closed fine but doesn't extend fully when deployed. I stored it closed for a few weeks and when I pulled it out and deployed it, the pen would fully extend most of the time. Prior to that it never extended fully. Does not write, the ink is probably dried up. 

- approximately 3 3/4 inch total length, approximately 1 3/4 inch blade.
