ADDITIONAL INFO:     This is only the second Marbles knife I have worked on, but I had so much fun with the first one I decided to try something a little bit different on this one. I thought I would replace the leather rings on this knife because usually they are pretty brittle, but this knife is been taken care of very well although it has seen quite a bit of use as can be seen from the scratches on the blade. I removed most of them, but I don't like to grind away of blade just to make it shiny. I removed some the leathers for rings from the center of this handle and replace them with a piece of sandbar stag from an old German carving set. Those carving sets had some awesome stag on them and I thought it would look nice sandwiched between the leather layers of this handle. I also made the sheath for this knife, it is hand stitched and riveted, from a nice heavier leather, and the knife fits securely in the sheath. Add this to your collection or putting on your belt for your next hunting trip!

This is a restored & customized vintage knife. Like most old soldiers it may have a few battle scars, but it is ready to go to work!
