This is a nice old Wards cigar jack with jigged bone handles and carbon steel blades. "Wards Made In USA" was a tang stamp used from about 1935-1950 on knives made for Montgomery Wards Co.  With that in mind it's safe to say this knife is at least 70 years old now, but it's still in good used condition.  The main spear blade features a long pull.  Both blades open and close with excellent snap and have no blade play. The bone handles are notably different in shade with the mark side bone darker than the pile side.  This is not uncommon for knives made during that era.  Please refer to the attached photos for more detail.
