ADDITIONAL INFO:     According to Bernard Levine in LG4, the Anton Wingen Jr brand, was in business in Solingen Germany from 1888 to 1996. One of the trademarks used by Anton Wingen Jr was Othello. Some of these old knives like this one have some spectacular gnarly old stag on them. It would not surprise me to learn that this knife was made prior to World War I.
