2002 Marbles Plainsman Knife Used This knife was producedat the end of the Mike Stewart  Era at Marbles and features a carbon steel blade, the Game Getter Cocobolo handles with a full grain Marbles leather flap sheath. Marblesv knives produced during the Mike Stewart Era at Marbles are considered some of the best knives Marbles produced. The blade and tang are composed of 52100 high carbon steel. 2002 Marbles Plainsman with Game Getter Cocobolo handle and marble genuine leather flap sheath.The Plainsman is widely regarded to be one of the best all-purpose field knives in the Marble's line. The straight spine blade is composed of high carbon steel for strength, sharpness and edge retention. This knife will provide years of dependable, superior service to the serious outdoorsman. Instead of ending in a hard aluminum or stag pommel the handle flows downward in a gentle flared design with palm swell providing a comfortable and positive grip. This knife is listed used but the blade seems to have the original edge and is sharp. There are some small spots on the knife and the sheath looks like it was carried some but overall this is an excellent knife. Judge for yourself from the photos.
