New in the box this Camillus congress is USA made and comes to you in mint condition. The knife measures 3 3/8 inches closed length. It has delrin handles and stainless steel blades. The bolsters, pins, and Camillus shield are nickel silver. The knife features one standard and one serrated sheep's foot blade along with two smaller pen blades. All blades open and close with nice snap. The box does show some light wear.
