Large Antique Butcher Knife 18" OAL/12" Blade. Horn scales. Over 100 years old fixed blade knife. Very Sharp!  I got this at a show many years ago from a dealer who said it was over 100 years old at that time. I can't find any makings on it so I can't date it, but maybe an expert on this site will have a better idea.  Please let me know if you have any additional information or corrections for this listing.  I am always happy to learn and AAPK is an outstanding resources to learn more about any kind of knife you can imagine! 

This would make a neat addition to any collection. Show some signs of use, wear and minor scratches, patina and oxidation. The handel is made form horn and has been attacked at some point in the past by insects that had eaten into the maretial.    Please see photos.
