Folk's, when the Marble's Corp. Custom Shoppe LLC in 2003 decided to remake the Dall DeWeese knife, boy did they go all out to give this knife alot of characteristics of its predicessor !!! From the ancient M.S.A. Co. stamp, too the saw tooth backspine 2nd model DeWeese had that was only made in 1910-1911, to the old "Tube" style sheath, they went all in on this one !!! The DeWeese knife was the 1st knife that Webster Marble attempted to use a celebrity endorsement to spur sales...Dall DeWeese was a famous big game hunter from Canon City Colorado...he was a contempory of Teddy Rooesvelt, and accopanied the President on 1 African hunt.

Knife is 7 5/8" OAL

Blade is 4 1/8"

Blade also has the Saw Toothed backspine like the 2nd model did, only made 2 yrs in 1910-1911

Knife is stamped: M.S.A. Co. Gladstone Mich. USA on front & Custom 2003 on the off side...Blade also has the Dall DeWeese Pattern etch on it like the vintage ones

Knife was made in Gladstone Michigan at the Marble's Custom Shoppe LLC & the box it comes in has that sticker on it

Handle is really pretty Natural Bone slabs with 4 Pin construction...Bone slabs are nice & thick with nice character and have the dished out section for your index finger like the old ones did for better control

Comes with a reproduction of the Marble's old "Tube" style sheaths and is stamped with the Marble's trademark & 2003 on the front

Whole package comes to ya in original Marble's box

Knife & sheath are New in box condition
