We are offering for sale this beautiful Canal Street Full Moon Trapper handled in Amber Jigged Bone.  This knife comes new in the box with all the original paperwork and velvet pouch,  having never been used, carried or resharpened since it left the Ellenville, NY factory back in 2008.  Canal Street ceased production in late 2015 so other than the handful of Co-Op knives currently being produced by a couple of former C.S. employees, the availability of Canal Street knives is very, very limited.  Canal Street is known for their excellent quality of craftsmanship and use of the finest of materials in crafting their knives.  If you have an appreciation for top quality American made cutlery then you'll no doubt love owning this great knife.
