ADDITIONAL INFO:   I don’t know great deal about Brusletto knives made in Norway, apart from the one Brusletto knife that I own. It was a gift from a friend of mine who had family ties in Norway. I have had the knife for close to 30 years, it’s been used for everything from a kitchen knife to a fish knife and I can remember sharpening more than once or twice. It has incredibly good steel.
