SNAP:   Snap is okay on both blades, but a little slow closing on the pen blade. I believe this is because the knife has not been finished, or used.

ADDITIONAL INFO:      This is a knife that had not been finished when Camillus ceased their operations in 2007. It makes an interesting display piece in a collection as it is to show what a knife looks like ones is that is assembled, but before the finish work and sharpening has been done. You will notice there the rivets on each bolster are smashed down with some sort of press that leaves a waffle pattern on the pin. This is to help spread the pin head and lock it into the tapered hole. By pressing the pen into the tapered hole on either side of the knife in old blades securely. Will also know the knife is not been hafted where the excess handle material is removed, the knife polished, cutlered and sharpened. You can add it to your collection as is as it is interesting counterpoint to a completed knife. You could also finish the knife, sharpen it and have a nice, new old stock craftsman knife!
