We are pleased to offer from Shadow Knives and knifemaker Eddie White, his newest model nicknamed the Deer Fillet-er. Once you hold this knife in your hand you will realize its ability to field dress and skin deer as well as other large game. Eddie gave this knife a slight upswept blade so it has plenty of belly for slicing and skinning. The finger notch at the bottom of the choil allows for a choke up hold for finer tasks, such as caping out of a trophy animal.

This knife is made of 440C steel with Eddie's in-house heat treat of 58-59 on the Rockwell scale. The knife is hollow ground and will take and hold a wicked-sharp edge while still being easy to sharpen. This is a full tang knife with a 3 7/8" blade, 5/32" thick. Overall knife length is 8 5/8". The handle is classy ivory micarta with red liners and brass bolts, and would fit a medium to large size hand very well. It comes with a black custom made leather sheath.
