ADDITIONAL INFO:      I almost missed the pattern stamp on this knife, all the stamping is inverted and the 115 on the secondary blades hides beneath the bolsters on the spey blade and is partially obscured on the sheepfoot blade. I was happy to find a better number.

According to the information I was able to gather Queen Cutlery made knives For Bowen in the 60s and the 70s. There was also a line of belt buckle knives they made in the early 1980s and 1990s, if memory serves me correctly. I do have a brochure dated 1992, but I think they were made earlier than that as well. Not many knife companies from Georgia!
