ADDITIONAL INFO: F. Dick is a cutlery company that was established in 1778 in Esslingen, Germany. The company specializes in butchers knives and tools is regarded by a market leader in both Europe and North America. They are especially renowned for their sharpening steels, considered by many to be the best in the world. The knives are not widely imported into the US and people in general are unfamiliar with their names unless they are in the meat cutting industry or are professional chefs. I was unable to locate an American distributor but I did find this same knife listed on Serbian website and it was listed for €32.80 which equates to about $38USD. It has a nice full handle control of the knife. It appears to be a professional tool, designed for the person who uses it all day long. The handle is large enough to fit my hand comfortably and I have pretty large hands.
