Folk's, you can read some of my other descriptions on some of the newer made Woodcrafts I have listed here at Clear Creek Knives for a short history lesson on this incredible blade pattern...This knife here...is the way All the older Woodcrafts were made to specs...A short 3 3/4" handle attached to a 4 1/2" upswept skinner blade...Fat, Chubby, Stag handles like this one is also a characteristic that was very common on older Woody's...as well as the deep notched backspine to prevent thumb slippage

This is a Vintage Marble's Stag on Stag Woodcraft

Knife is 8 1/4" OAL with a 3 3/8" blade

Knife is stamped: Marble's Gladstone Mich. with the 3 line Lower Case stamp

The Marble's portion of stamp is buffed off as this knife has been buffed & cleaned...rest of stamp is very clear

Handle is Genuine Stag and very thick & fat...Pommel is also stag this knife being a stag on stag configuration

Blade has deep notching on backspine that can be seen in pics

Conditon: Very Good as this knife was buffed & cleaned by RJY (Bob) Young, retired Marble's forman and knifemaker. This knife is rock solid from front to back

No sheath...but I am looking for one and will add it to this listing if found
