This knife is the civilian version of the Camillus Fighting knife issued to the military. it can be identified by the curvature of the hand guard.

The Camillus 1976 catalog describes this knife as, "The Trail Blazer has mirror polished carbon Sword Steel blade- Razor Edged blade has blood groove and a razor edged false edge. Carries the famous Sword Brand Guarantee (Blade length is 7 inches) OAL 12 inches." Rugged leather handle and genuine leather sheath. This blade appears untouched except from taking it in and out of the sheath. The sheath is not the original, it is a classic design, quality made in Mexico and features a welt to protect the stitches. It fits perfectly.
