CONDITION:   Excellent

 

DAMAGE:   Normal wear from use and sharpening. Does have a spot of surface pitting on the spey blade, (see the third picture).

 

BLADE WEAR:   About 10%

 

SNAP:   Good snap all three blades

ADDITIONAL INFO:      The name for this pattern seemed to have evolved a little bit over the years, in 1948 it was called the De Luxe Premium Stock Knife; by the 1972 catalog it was listed as the Rancher Camillus De Luxe; in the 1984 catalog it was listed as Deluxe Premium Stock. The 69 pattern seems to have disappeared from the Camillus catalogs entirely by the 1990s. It was 1/8” longer than the #67 Stockman and it had nickel silver liners as well is bolsters, which made it more expensive to produce. The blade profile was slimmer and the frame was slimmer and fit comfortably into the pocket. It is one of my personal favorites of the stockman pattern.
