This is the Marble's Expert. This knife is the Marbles Corp. longest running pattern than any other of Marbles original designs !!! This knife arrived in the Marble's line in 1906 !!! W.L. Marble's intent was to offer a a knife suited to the professional hunter, guides, trapper, that needed a light blade for skinning & dressing, yet with enough strength to handle all the rest of regular outdoor chores

I have been a Marble's collector for yrs, and have Never saw this knife, with the full 1 piece Stag handle, made with 1960's to early 1970's blades, and with the not seen much 3 line Lower Case Stamp - Marbles, Gladstone, Mich. with No USA, Very Rare !!! It is my belief that when the Lauerman's took over ownership of Marble's in 1994, " I know " they used all the Old Blades stored at the Marble's factory to make short limited edition runs of Expert's, Woodcrafts, and a few other model's and offer them to collector's. This is one of them knives !!!

This is the Marble's Expert with 1 piece Stag handle

Knife is 9 1/2" OAL with a 5" blade

Blade is stamped : Marbles, Gladstone, Mich. with the 3 line Lower case Stamp made from old Expert blades from the 1960's to early 1970's

Handle is 1 piece Genuine Stag with just gorgeous deep lines & great character and roughed out Stag Bark

Note the red spacers consitent with 1960's style Marble's knives

Comes with Marbles stamped leather sheath of nice quality

Whole package comes in old Bobcat box with blade protector

Knife & sheath are New in Box condition
