This is one of the Marbles Corp. most storied knives of all time. The Marbles Woodcraft, patented in 1916 and one of the most copied knife patterns ever. This knife was I believe made app. 3-4 yrs ago by the box its in and the spacer pattern. I have not saw hardly any of these with the moose in the crosshairs blade etch. Also has cat tails stamped in the sheath which is also unusual. Outstanding hunting knife pattern for guttin or skinning because of the blade shape. A true American Icon in cutlery history !!!

Blade is stamped : Marbles over USA & is high carbon, brushed finished. It is notched on the top to prevent thumb slippage. Has a blade etch of a moose in crosshairs and reads : If its Marbles, its Quality

Scales are really nice Rosewood with a genuine Stag pommel on the end. This wood or stacked leather handle topped off with a Stag pommel has been a Marbles traditional pattern handle for over 109 years !!!

Also with a oil tanned Marbles stamped leather sheath with internal cut guard, a very nice feature
