The Marbles Plainsman, the name itself makes one think of a great American made hunting knife. Folk's, I am a Marbles collector and know most of their fixed blade knives, but this Plainsman with the blade etch it has, and also the stamped sheath with the cat tails stamped in it escapes me. It has to have been made at least 4-5 yrs ago with the box its in. This is a nice heavy collector hunting knife that would easily handle any big game field chores or butchering chores that you could throw at it. The Wood & Stag handle blend together very nice !!!

This is the Marbles Plainsman

Knife is 8 7/8" OAL

Blade is 4 3/8" high carbon, brushed finished

Blade is stamped : Marbles over USA & has a small blade etch of a moose in crosshairs and says : If its Marbles, its Quality

Scales are Rosewood with a Genuine Stag pommel

Comes with the Original Marbles oiled tanned sheath stamped Marbles. It also has the iternal cut guard in the sheath which is a great feature
