ADDITIONAL INFO:      I kind of tend to pick up multi-tools wherever I go and this one was worn out. A couple of the screwdrivers were tweaked the knife blade was messed up in the scissors wouldn’t cut. I sent it to Leatherman and it appears that I got a brand-new tool back! I don’t know if they reconditioned them or if they are brand-new but it certainly looks and functions like brand-new Leatherman Micra. I must say I am extremely impressed with the customer service of Leatherman Tool as well as the quality of their products!
