ADDITIONAL INFO:      This is a beautiful little knife with some of the prettiest faux tortoiseshell I’ve ever seen. Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co was a hardware wholesale and retail company. It was founded in 1855 and continues selling knives with their markings until about 1960. They are now known as True Value Hardware. I would suspect this knife with both blades tang stamps was made well before World War II. A beautiful addition to someone’s collection.
