Gobernador single blade jack. Made by the Krusius Brothers, Solingen Germany. I'm not sure about the handle material, could be celluloid, Its 3 and a 1/4 in. closed. Snaps in both directions with a light opening pull. Its been used lightly if at all. Has minor carbon spotting, seee pics. Check out the pictures as they are part of the discription.
