ADDITIONAL INFO:                        This is a knife that I restored by replacing the old handle with a unique bone called “Honeycomb Jigged Bone.” This bone is uniquely fitted to the Ulster brand because Ulster used a composite handle with the same general color and texture for the Moorman, a company specializing in animal and livestock feed. I have included a picture of an old Ulster jack with a very worn Moorman shield and the distinct handle. Great for EDC or to add to a collection.
