ADDITIONAL INFO:      This is the classic Camillus 2001 MIK-K knife with red white and blue handles. I am not sure what the coding on the handles is but I expect they are powder coated. It seems much thicker and much more durable than ordinary paint. Camillus did this color scheme on some of their knives and they were very popular, especially after 9/11. The last Camillus catalog I am aware of was 2006, and they were still making the MIK-K knife then however it was not listed with the red white and blue handles. Camillus closed the doors due to bankruptcy in 2007. Add this piece of cutlery history to your collection.
