Crafted in Japan during the classic Seki production era, this Buck 110-style folding hunter features a heavy-duty 440 stainless steel blade, solid brass bolsters, rosewood handle scales, and an integrated brass lanyard hole.

​Condition Report:

​The Blade: Modified/Re-profiled condition. The tip was previously broken off and has been carefully sharpened down/re-profiled along the clip point to bring back a functional tip. The blade retains strong 440 stainless cutting geometry with light surface sharpening marks. The mark side features the dark black "EXPLORER" blade etching and "EXPLORER / 11-309" tang stamp, while the reverse is stamped "440 STAINLESS / JAPAN".

​The Handle & Frame: Solid structural shape. The dark wood handle covers are tight and crack-free. The brass bolsters and liners show standard vintage storage tarnish and minor handling scuffs, but remain structurally sound with no dings.

​The Mechanism: Mechanically strong. The lockback mechanism engages cleanly with zero blade play, and the lockbar releases smoothly.

​The Sheath: Included tan leather sheath is in good vintage condition with clean stitching, working snap, and normal light leather surface staining from storage.
