Ben Akin Chef knife most likely a 1/1 as he is a custom knife maker
Came in a 800 collection I purchased. Most of the knives similar were made between 2010 & 2015.
knife was still wrapper in original paper in a zipper bag. I have original receipt $695 and COA. unfortunately receipt doesn't have a date
Ben Akin - Chef Knife
Fixed Blade, Contoured Handle, Hidden Tang, 8 1/2" Blade, 52100 Carbon, Triple Quenched, Stabilized Hemp Handle, Black G10 Bolster, Nickel Silver Spacer, 13 1/2" OAL, New from maker. Forged evolution blade finish has maker's logo on obverse side. The bolster and silver spacer contrast nicely with the colorful (almost looks like a camouflage pattern) hemp handle. No sheath. Ships in zippered case. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
